Higu & Nanoha invited us to a weekend party 🤭.
The variety of drinks is limited, but it's an attractive all-you-can-drink 🤩.
I think it is the lightest and driest of all the sake we drank that day. It has a clean and delicate taste, but if you slowly sip it, you can also taste the gentle sweetness and umami of the rice. It was said to be super dry, but there is umami in the spiciness. Thank you very much.
