Great yellow color. It is transparent.
Not so much smell.
When you drink it, it has a fruity taste like a melon. It has a strong sourness and can be cut cleanly.
It is delicious. It is made from Gohyakumangoku, but I personally think it is the best sake I have ever had made from Gohyakumangoku.
I thought Gohyakumangoku was supposed to be light, but this has a solid taste.
