AKATAKE Junmai Sake

On the palate, the aroma is not strong, but it is mainly delicious, with bitterness and acidity across the tongue.
Aftertaste: another sizzling taste as it goes down your throat.
The first time I tried Akatake, it was a basic Junmai. 10 degrees Celsius is a good temperature to drink, because the aroma and flavor are not so good at near 0 degrees Celsius. It doesn't go through, but it's very tasty.
