I purchased this sake when I visited Ishikawa to support the Noto Peninsula disaster area.
It seems to be a delicious sake to pair with oysters, but it was also delicious with sashimi.
Perhaps because it is made with wine yeast, the freshness reminiscent of white wine gives it a clear taste. I wanted to pair this with oysters.
This sake brewery is located in Noto Town, so they must have suffered a lot from the earthquake. I can only buy and drink it, but I hope they will do their best.
