SAMURAIZ
The second nigori sake at the end of the year is Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Hirotogawa.
The "opening ceremony," in which the gas is slowly released, was successfully completed.
After pouring it into a glass, the inside of the bottle was still shrieking, as you can see in the picture.
The wine has a strong gaseous taste, a light sweetness, and a clean aftertaste.
I've been enjoying it with "Vinegared octopus" from the Osechi Flying Festival, and I'm almost out of it.
Even though it has 15 degrees of alcohol, it's still a bad-ass drink.
