hyde
It's been a long time since I've been to an izakaya in my neighborhood.
There was a rare hiyaoroshi, so we ordered it. Easy to drink and delicious.
It is a hiyaoroshi made with Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice.
It has a gorgeous aroma, and since it's made at 16 degrees, the alcohol pushes out lightly and smoothly.
The aftertaste is fresh and crisp.
