The best of AKABU! AKABU has recently become available in Kansai.
It seems they use Iwate's best sake rice called "Yunokou". This is the first time I have tasted this sake rice.
It has a nice daiginjo aroma and a clean, crisp taste. Moreover, the owner opened a bottle that had been sitting for two years, which gave it a mellower taste.
Delicious!
