Yamazan Junmai Daiginjyo Yamae-Nishiki 40% unfiltered unpasteurized sake
The aroma has a strong alu feel to it.
It has a hint of cappuccino florality and a juicy flavor that is typical of unfiltered raw sake! It's a little too much 😉 .
The aftertaste is quite sharp and disappears nicely (I don't feel the alu feeling as much as the aroma).
I was quite curious about this sake! I'd like to try the other ones too! I'd love to try the others 🥰.
