ymdazLiquor store I go to sometimes. There was a bottle of Niimasa Viridian, but I was somehow attracted to the label on this one, so I looked at the POP and saw that it was limited to 720 bottles. I trusted my intuition and bought this one, but what if I don't like it 🥹? It's made from 73.9% Gin no Sei from Akita Prefecture and 26.1% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 50%, and 16% alcohol by volume. Sake meter is +1, so it's a little dry. When the aluminum cap is twisted tight, the opening sound is silent. Oh, when you open the bottle, you can smell the gorgeous ginjo aroma from the bottle mouth ❗️. Pineapple 🍍 or maybe apple with honey 🍎. This is very promising😊. I was excited to try it, and it's delicious 🎶🤣🤣. The sweetness spreads smoothly in the mouth while releasing a gorgeous aroma! I guess it's because it's been aged in the bottle, it doesn't have much acidity or tanginess, and the taste has a roundness to it. There is a slight bitterness at the end, but it is also pleasant and makes you want to drink more and more 🤣. If I were to use a dogmatic analogy, it tastes similar to Shinshu Kamerei ️. I bought it on a hunch, but I was right 😆.

しぇり〜Hi ymdaz! It takes a lot of courage to go through a brand of sake that you know for sure tastes good and try something new based on your own intuition, doesn't it? It is also a great pleasure when you succeed in the challenge 😌.
