The 8th Japanese Sake Festival at Osaka Bay Tower ⑧
Sake Subs, "Let's Sake" booth
They seem to be using a device called "vacuum sake" to keep sake fresh, and when we were shown the inside of the device, sake in pouches was set.
They said it was filled in a vacuum at the brewery.
I had never heard of Hida Takayama sake, so I asked the staff about it and they told me that it is made by the Uota Sake Brewery in Gifu.
They are part of the same group of traditional sake breweries as Sakura and Ginban, and their main brand is Onikoroshi.
I have never seen the Old Brewery in many places such as department stores and chain liquor stores....
The brewery is said to be the originator of the many Onikoroshi sake breweries in Japan.
The official website of the brewery says it's fruity, but it's not so subtle...
The taste is weak or has no characteristics....
Umaisan and Nemuchi who were going around together for a while during break time also drank this 🤔🤔🤔😅.
The price card says 500 yen, but I was able to taste it for free!
