The last sake we chose for 2025 was Tasake❕🤩.
The aroma is elegant and sweet, like that of a Shine Muscat.
The taste is the same as the aroma, like a refined sweetness and a full flavor, just like a Shine Muscat.
This time it was paired with sukiyaki, so it is a sake that does not lose out to strong-flavored dishes.
I think it would have been better to pair it with sashimi or other dishes where the taste of the sake would dominate the dish.
