かいこま
I bought this sake at the Aeon Mall on my way back from a recent trip to Matsumoto. I drank it with a sake cup I bought when I went to visit a brewery a long time ago.
The appearance was slightly brownish.
The aroma is of fresh, rich rice aroma, typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The taste is fresh and mildly sweet. The aftertaste is clean and not boring, with a moderate acidity and bitterness.
For snacks, we drank this sake in an eel rice bowl topped with boiled eel with a little sauce. I think this sake goes well with dishes with sweet sauce.
