Happy New Year 2023! The first one of the new year is Miyakanme, which I wanted after seeing a picture of it posted by a friend on a social networking service. The label is stylish.
I drank it in the New Year with gusto, but although the aroma was good, the sweetness was less than I expected. It is definitely my favorite type of sake, but I was not as impressed as I was when I drank Raifuku or Kuroryu.
