When poured into a glass, the first thing you will notice is the clear, transparent color.
The fine bubbles rise up, and the shwashy appearance also conveys a sense of refreshment.
The aroma is fresh, sweet and sour, just like strawberries.
In the mouth, a pleasant carbonation sensation spreads, followed by a well-balanced combination of gentle sweetness and a sharp acidity. The aftertaste is light, and the wine is not tiring to drink.
The fruity and effervescent sensations combine to make you want to drink more and more.
It was a very delicious sake that allowed me to fully enjoy the gorgeousness that is typical of Hououmida 😋🍶✨.
