Kaiharu is a sake from the hot spring town of Yunotsu.
This brewery's sake is spicy. Even though it is a fresh sake, it is spicy.
This time it was a new orikarami sake.
I don't really like nigori (a bitterness in sake), but a dry light nigori is different.
It is a good sake with Japanese food and ponzu.
This is a perfect food sake.
