Is the aroma grape-like? A bit like a boiled down type. Maybe it doesn't seem to be that good at it, based on my experience...? I thought and drank it.
When you drink it, the sweetness spreads a little, but it is more refreshing than the aroma would suggest. The aftertaste is sharp and does not linger.
It is surprisingly easy to go on and on. When paired with a rich wine such as sea urchin or aged mimolette, the flavor is enhanced and the wine is refreshing, making it a good match.
After opening the bottle, it seems to become a little sharp. It has sweetness, but it doesn't linger and is more refreshing.
Although I wondered if it was too sweet, it was a delicious sake that I found myself guzzling it down with snacks before I knew it.
