A gift. Thank you.
It has almost no aroma. In the mouth, it tastes like Shinsei. It is very smooth and you can feel the flavor of the rice. I feel it. There is no sense of aging at all. I can't stand the feeling of being gone so quickly. I've been drinking sake since this year, so Shinsei with 15 degrees of alcohol is rather fresh. It's delicious.
I found out that if you keep it in the refrigerator, you can keep Shinsei for a long time.

Good evening, Mr. Futokubo.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not.
I'll be sure to check my surroundings for surprises when I get something like this๐คฃ.
Thank you for the information that Shinsei's hibiki-iri can be matured ๐ฅด.

Dear tkmt, I was very happy to see that I can't buy this sake anymore, as I've been into sake since this year! I heard that it was left in Remacom for 3 years, but it didn't seem to have aged at all!

Dear tkmt, we're in the same recent group! We're lemacom too! I've recently started to enjoy aging and room temperature, so my closet is packed ๐.
