Kurosawa, another first for us.
The aroma is like ripe plums.
This one is like a sake yeast 😅.
Full and complex flavor on the palate 😆.
It has a nutty and savory taste.
I can also taste some nutty aroma 😅 I can also taste some mundane taste like a sake yeast yeast.
But strangely enough, when paired with a meal, they enhance each other's flavor 😋👍.
I was going to order the tempura of wild vegetables, but my partner said (looking at the price) that I would prefer the maitake mushroom tempura - ❣️.
Well, I like them too 😉.
