This Toyobai is also a jun-dai that I have never had.
The label is said to have a pattern inspired by Tsugaru kogin-sashi.
It has a nice aroma and a full-bodied flavor.
It is also good with sashimi.
There are about 10 kinds of sashimi: kombujime cod, hiramasa, tuna, scallop, hokke, sea robin, salmon, kinki, and 2 more I can't remember😅.
Well, the taste is doubled.
