This is my first hiyaoroshi this fall 🌾.
The first bottle is still local sake 😊.
It was served cold at the store, so I had it as it was.
It was sweet, fluffy, tangy, and spicy on the palate!
My husband said it was sweet and watery.
It is true that the aftertaste is refreshing and clean.
It seems to go well with everything!

Water used for brewing: Water from a subterranean well in the Kamo mountain range

Alcohol content: 15% or more but less than 16
