This Yamahai Junmai sake is made from "Hanabukiyuki," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. It has an aroma with a refreshing hint of green apple, and a juicy, light mouthfeel. It has a moderate acidity and a thick flavor that is typical of Yamahai, and goes well with "ikaminchi", a dish made with squid geso, at room temperature with Tasake's Yamahai.
