Purchased at Sake-no-Awaya Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 14 Rice / Koji used Rice (domestic) / Koji (domestic) Yeast used Okayama Hakuto yeast Date of production: December 2022 It is hard to believe that it is made by the same brewery and yeast as "Winter Moon" (in a good way). Even though it is a nigori sake, it comes in crisp and clean. There is an edgy acidity at the end. It seems to become very drinkable after a short pause.
