at Nihon Shu-tsubaki Daruma Masamune Aged Three Years and Half-boiled Egg in Oyster Sauce served as the second dish. Daruma Masamune is an aged sake with a slightly pale amber color. Aged sake is not for everyone. I think it is less peculiar than other aged sake. If you don't like Shaoxing wine, it may be difficult... Two kinds of sake, one at room temperature and the other heated. Both are as rich as the combination of chicken egg and fish roe, and the taste of the sake is as good as the combination of chicken egg and fish roe. The heated version has a sweeter, gentler flavor that I personally liked.
