かっぺ正宗
I received a rare bottle of Niida Honke's taru-shu. It had a very strong oak aroma, which made me think that this was the kind of sake that was made in the olden days.
I had the impression that it was a slightly sweet sake with an estery aroma, so the barrel aroma did not suit me personally.
