I bought the label at a store in Saitama, and I was convinced that it was made by a sake brewery in Koshi. According to the label on the back, it is a special sake, pressed for the first time.
The absolute freshness amplifies the other elements: umami, sweetness, aroma... and the lingering bitterness and sharpness. It is indeed a luxurious bottle.
