The aroma is mild rice. The umami is fully expressed, which is typical of autumn sake, but I think I prefer it a little sweeter. If I warmed it up to lukewarm, the flavor and aroma might have opened up a little more. I ended up drinking all of it cold because of the lingering summer heat. What a waste!
