Pale silver in color with a transparent appearance.
The first impression of the aroma is "white flowers in a rice bale
Soybean, tofu, peach, lychee, and some kind of white flower.
First impression of the taste is "firm, clear, and refreshing
Mild sweetness, smooth acidity, mildly moderate bitterness
The balance is easy to match with food as it is clear and crisp with the deliciousness of rice and moderate fruity taste.
The aftertaste is short.
This is my personal favorite type of sake.
It is easy to recommend when someone asks for a "dry sake.
Dry" is a very difficult word to define because everyone has their own definition of "dry", but my personal interpretation when asked for one is "a sake that is not sticky-sweet".
I think this sake is easy to convince people because it "cuts" cleanly.
Personally, I always like to keep this sake on hand.
