Katano, Osaka. Yamano Brewery Co.
FUROUNA Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-genshu, Katano Yamadanishiki, Fukuro-hozuri Shizuku-shu, Dojikuri (limited edition sake).
Very long description 😁.
This is a local limited edition sake that I buy every year for some reason or another.
This is a very limited edition local sake made by a sake brewery in cooperation with a local liquor store, starting from rice production.
I drink it cold.
The initial aroma is a little fruity and alcoholic.
Unlike the previous version, this is a slightly more expensive version, made with a "bag suspension" method.
It is a 17% alcohol by volume sake, as the brewery is particular about its original sake.
It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a rich, robust flavor that spreads in the mouth and a bitterness that can be felt in the back.
As indicated on the label, it is a medium-bodied sake.
It is neither classic nor modern, but you can enjoy the mellow rice flavor.
The sweetness comes out at the end, as if it has awakened a little, and the bitterness is nice to see.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 48
Alcohol content: 17%.
