Mellow sake. It has been a while since I had a sake with a strong umami flavor! The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel it in your nose and it has a honey-like flavor and sweetness. It also has a nice carbonation, or a slightly chili-like feeling to it! The alcohol content is 16%, so I want to drink it in small sips.
I always forget how to read "Kenkunichi". I always forget how to read it. This is the first time I bought and drank it, so I won't forget it again!
