Chokaizan Immediately Tsume Nigori-Gin Nigori Nama-ginjo Spring Sake🌸. Sake that I have come to like in the prefecture. No.2 is this Chokaizan 🗻. It's so fresh that it was immediately bottled. ❗️ It opens with a pop, and the nigori (a hint of bitterness) spreads like a shower. It reminds me of cherry blossoms. (The taste is gorgeous, light, and delicious.)
