At a restaurant called "Akagi" in Iriya, Ueno.
Next is a brand from Nagano.
It is called Taisetsukei.
Since I don't have much experience with Nagano sake, I asked for it after Takachiyo.
I took a sip.
Wow, it has a robust flavor.
It is dry with the umami of rice.
Looking at the other brands in the lineup, many of them are junmai (pure rice), so I guessed that it was probably made to go with a well-seasoned dish. I guessed. 😅
The fourth photo is the Dutch stew I mentioned earlier.
The next one is the fried egg with eel.
This was also delicious! 😄
