Uekiya Special Order Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori
The regular "Yuri" junmai ginjo is a cloudy sake that has been fire-quenched twice at 15 degrees Celsius.
Uekiya's version is Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori Sake, directly bottled with plenty of oli pumped from the raised vat.
A dry, active sake with a chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chirashi taste.

Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Fukushima Prefecture, 58% polished rice
Yeast: Utsukushima Yume Yeast
