On Saturday, I was moved by the BayStars parade and left with lingering emotions, and today I went out with my mother who came to visit from Nagano. We went to Akasaka Rikyu from Gingko in Gaienmae. On the way, I see Princess Aiko, whose birthday is today, and I open a good bottle of sake because it is a day of eye-opening🙏gratitude. Now, to the main topic. It's been a long time since I've had a brewer's kuheiji. It has been two years since I drank it at home. The aroma is of honey and the flavor is delicious. When you sip it, it has acidity and a mildly sweet umami taste, and it seems to disappear quickly. Overall, the taste is elegant and delicious. We have paired it with refreshingly dressed bean sprouts and maitake mushrooms, grilled turnips with foil, and steamed pork and lettuce, all of which are delicious matches. It's a great all-around drink. Delicious😊✨
