It is 55% polished Gohyakumangoku, 17% alcohol by volume.
(Today is the day of Ihyakumangoku Nama Sake, right?)
Finish with a little dry sake!
This was more than enough for my sake consumption.
It was a nice restaurant with delicious food. ☺️
