yoshiito27This is the first time I have tasted a sake made with 70% polished rice called Kojo-nishiki. Compared to the usual Tasake Tokujun, it has a weaker aroma, less floral, more umami from the rice, and a clear, exquisite taste that is not too heavy.
I really hope they make this a regular product!
