Very delicious. Aromas of gentle grape, citrus, whey, vanilla, clove, and carbonation. Smooth and distinctly effervescent on the palate. Delicate minerality and umami. Carbonation and acidity, pleasant bitterness, and superb crispness. Pairs well with warm tofu, pickled Chinese cabbage, and seared bonito.
