Sake from Miyagi Prefecture, but probably only available in Miyagi Prefecture! That is Kun-Yo! The brewer is Hagino Shuzo, famous for "Haginotsuru" and other sake. The label looks cool, like it's inspired by the image of the earth! Roughly speaking, I found out that "KON-YOSHI" means "earth" in Japanese. So I opened the bottle! The first thing you smell is a slight refreshing grassy aroma and a slightly sweet pear-like aroma. In the mouth, the pear-like sweetness is quickly followed by a slightly strong acidity. The lingering aftertaste is slightly more dry. The flavor spreads quickly in the mouth, but as it goes down the throat, you feel a heavy weight. However, the overall taste is cohesive and very elegant. I heard that this sake can also be served warmed, so I would like to try it even though it is still hot! Sake from Miyagi is very deep! Thank you for the food!

Good evening, Ankake 😃. KONKOSHI! This is the first time I have seen this! I've never heard of Kadoden Brewing either! Is it brewed on consignment for Hagino Brewery 🤔? It's exciting to see an unfamiliar sake. At any rate, I've added it to my list of difficult-to-read sakes!

Aladdin-san Good evening! It seems to be a commissioned brew, but according to Hagino Shuzo, they adjust the quality of the sake according to orders from Monden Brewery, so I guess they are very particular about it! If you have a chance, please try it!
