Etsukaijin at the end
The menu only said "Gaijin", but I ordered "Joyous Gaijin".
Then, the staff said, "Gaijin is in! said the staff.
Which gaijin would you like to serve from among the several types of Etsu Kaijin bottles? Serve this gaijin! Hey! Hurry up and serve me the Gaijin!
It was kind of funny to see everyone saying Gaijin Gaijin Gaijin while the foreigners were eating in the middle of the counter...
Etsukaijin is a rather expensive brand, so I have not been able to get my hands on it for a long time. I am looking forward to my first Etsukaijin.
The sense of maturity that can be seen from the upper aroma and the color.
The mouthfeel is really rich and mellow! After the sweet and sour taste from the maturing aroma, there is a flood of intense umami and a sense of sake. If you are not familiar with matured sake, you will get drunk at once.
I really like this feeling.
It is not a restaurant with a price setting that I can always use, but all the dishes are good work. Thanks to my wife for leading me to such a nice restaurant.
