I was actually going to open it tomorrow, but I couldn't resist and opened it tonight😅.
The melon-like aroma on the nose convinced me that it was already delicious, and when I sipped it, it was moderately fruity with a slight gasiness, with a good sweetness and umami lingering in the mouth, and a good balance of bitterness that disappears easily without being too pronounced 😊.
It is an all-rounder that can be served as either an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink and is very tasty!

I think Ichi Hakusuisei is a calm sake, but this one seems to be more fruity, maybe because it's made with Sake Mirai!
