まつちよ
Sanko Nigori Harazake, which is treated as miscellaneous sake (2).
It is sold only at the end of the year, and people in Niimi city, Okayama Prefecture, cannot pass the year without drinking it 🤔.
The first aroma is a faint scent of koji mold.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness with 20% alcohol content as stated in the description that sugar is added 😅.
And there is a slight hint of sakekasu (sake lees).
It is like a super sweet amazake made with sake lees with 20 degrees alcohol.
Well, thank you for the food 😅.
