Yamaguchi Prefecture has many sake breweries that brew delicious sake as good as those in the Tohoku region 😅I had never heard of this brewery and its brand name.
The owner of the sake shop recommended me to try it because it is produced in small quantities and is very tasty.
The aroma when you open the bottle is fruity 😍It has a nice sweetness that is not assertive! When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like grape and Koshu wine 🍷 with a moist sweetness.
It also feels like honey, and when it rolls around in the mouth, it runs through with citrus acidity like lemon and grenfre and a good sense of tanginess 🤩 This sense of tanginess is indescribably delicious 🤩.
This is why I can't stop exploring new things! I'm conservative in some ways though 😅
The Tashimakai we encountered this time is a delicious sake that doesn't feel like a sake, but it's not for those who prefer pure sake💦but it's good to taste it once and see if it can be brewed like this 😁! But if you like pure sake, you might want to try it 😁.
I recommend it to women who like sweet and fruity 👍
