かたの桜　生酛純米無濾過生原酒 Kata no Sakura Kimoto Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu 精米歩合　Seimaibuai 65% アルコール　Alcohol 17% 米　Rice: 愛山 Drinking it at room temperature. A 濃のある酒 broad flavored Sake with a little tartness in the finish . But not overly sweet nor syrupy. I think I have to save some for a heavier meal like meat or unagi. Nihon Sakura good luck in the Rugby World Cup!!
