It's coincidences like this that make me want to go there even if I don't have a particular goal in mind.
The aroma is very soft, fresh, sweet and tasty, and it finishes with a hint of acidity.
I was going to drink it carefully because it is hard to find, but I found myself pouring it one after another.
We are very happy to be able to enjoy this precious sake from the beginning of spring!
