When you take a sip, it has a gentle fermentation feeling. The texture is soft on the tongue with a gentle viscosity. It does not cling to the palate, but rather clears up nicely. The name "SILK" is aptly applied to this wine. There is no astringency and a clean aftertaste.
It is a nice and gentle sake.
