The sound of the crown opening makes me feel even better.
The aroma is very fruity. The bubbles are very fine and the slight bitterness and acidity are released as soon as it hits the palate.
It is a sake that evokes the fleetingness of a moment rather than the dynamic, powerful, and vividness that one might associate with fireworks.
Kabutomushi was also delicious, but I think this one is better for me because it is not as clear as that one (or I like it).
I would definitely like to drink it again next year!
