Last Friday was the department's year-end party
The first party was a standing buffet party at an Italian restaurant 🥂.
Of course there was no sake, so we had to quench our thirst with sparkling wine!
We gathered the members at random and went to the after-party... but the restaurant was crowded and we had about 40 minutes to spare...
We went to the after 1.5 meeting at a standing bar.
We started with dry Mimuro cedar.
Although it is called "dry", it has a light sweetness on the palate, and after the umami taste, it is quickly cut off.
I guess it is quite refreshing for a Mimuro cedar 🤔.
There was no alcohol spiciness.
