The one on the left is my favorite. It seems that they like spiciness more than sweetness.
The Yamadanishiki on the right is stable, and the middle one tastes like sake if it is made with this rice.
With gratitude for having learned the depth of sake once again, I will finish today's drunkenness with ramen.
