After the Tasake Yamahai Special Junmai, which was drunk on the first day of the year, Miyazumi was the next bottle to be uncorked.
The taste and sharpness of the sake, and the slight effervescence on the palate are refreshing.
There were both Sharaku and Miyazumi, but I chose Miyazumi for my first experience.
All sake from Fukushima is wonderful... 🩷.
