Alcohol content: 18 Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 60 Junmai Unfiltered Harajuku" is made by the Naohiko Noguchi Institute led by Naohiko Noguchi, known as one of Japan's best brewers. The junmai sake is brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice grown in the suburbs of the brewery, and it is released after careful aging. The aroma is subdued, but perhaps closer to that of a flower than a fruit. The taste is mildly sweet, but it is also refreshing, with a medium-full-bodied mouthfeel. It has a good balance. The alcohol content is 18%, so it is very strong. It is tasty and easy to drink, but be careful as it is easy to get drunk. We drank it cold, but we were told that it also goes well with room temperature or warmed sake.
