ヨシコウ
This is a record of my trip to Kyoto.
Whenever I visit Kyoto, I always go to this restaurant. You can enjoy a little ryotei cuisine and good sake. The food changes every time. The sake also changes each time to match the food.
The first one is Kyoto Eikun's Ichigin. It is a fruity and gorgeous ginjo sake. It has a great aroma. It changed my impression of ginjo-shu.
It was a valuable experience for me because I usually don't get to drink such expensive sake.
What I like about this restaurant is that everything is served in Riedel glasses. They use different types for junmai and ginjo-shu depending on the sake.
Thank you for the great food and sake every time. I will go back again.
